SmallForce apps and devices

SmallForce is available across first-party apps and devices. These are different from Slack and Telegram channels: they provide the complete SmallForce product experience rather than embedding an employee in another communication service.

• The web app provides organization management, employees, workspaces, channels, calls, social, advertising, integrations, and other administrative surfaces.
• The desktop app provides a desktop-first workspace, conversations, project work, and supported meeting recording.
• The mobile app provides employee chat, business access on the move, meeting recording, notifications, and mobile task progress.
• The Apple Watch app provides quick employee access and voice-first requests through a paired iPhone.

Select the correct organization before starting work or uploading files. Continue an existing conversation when the prior context matters, or create a new conversation for unrelated work.
