Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Click the Upload Logo area in the Your Business section to add a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP logo. It appears in the live preview and in the downloaded PDF.
How do I add tax or a discount?
Enter a tax percentage and/or discount percentage in the Invoice Details section. Both are applied automatically and reflected in the live preview.
What currencies are supported?
The tool supports 13 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD, CAD, BRL, JPY, MXN, ZAR, AED, SGD, and NGN. Select yours from the Currency dropdown.
Can I switch templates after filling in my details?
Yes. Your data is preserved when you switch between Classic, Modern, and Minimal templates. Pick a different style at any time.
What format is the downloaded file?
The invoice is exported as a high-quality PDF sized for A4 paper with selectable text, ready to email or print.
