Is there a better AI than Copilot for a small business?

It depends on the job. For writing inside Word and Excel, Copilot is hard to beat. For the work outside documents, like answering calls, replying to reviews, posting and running ads, you want AI employees that act in those apps. That’s what SmallForce’s AI employees do.

Is there a business version of Copilot?

Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is the version for organizations of up to 300 people. It’s $21 a person a month on a yearly plan, $18 for the first year until December 31, 2026, and it needs a Microsoft 365 Business plan.

How much does Microsoft Copilot cost for a small business?

The Copilot Business add-on is $21 a person a month, paid yearly, on top of a Microsoft 365 Business plan from $7 a person. Bundles cost $23.50 a person with Business Standard and $32 with Business Premium. A team of 8 pays $168 a month for the add-on alone. SmallForce is $149 a month for the whole business.

Is Microsoft Copilot worth it for a small business?

If your team spends the day in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, it can be. If your hours go to calls, quotes, reviews, posts and ads, a faster draft doesn’t give them back. An AI team that does those jobs does.

Is there a free alternative to Copilot?
