What is multiplayer AI?
AI your whole team uses together. Instead of each person chatting with their own assistant, your people and your AI employees share chats, mention each other, hand work back and forth and build one shared memory.
How is this different from ChatGPT group chats?
Group chats in consumer AI apps put one assistant in a conversation. SmallForce is built for a business: your team works alongside AI employees that have jobs, use your company’s apps, hand work to each other and share one memory, on your company’s own private machine.
Do AI employees read every message?
No. An employee replies when someone @mentions it, when it’s the chat’s default employee, or when a colleague hands it work. Otherwise the chat is just your team talking.
Can AI employees work with each other?
Yes. An employee can hand part of a job to a colleague in the same chat, and everyone sees the hand-off as a card. Big jobs can be split into tasks that run at the same time. After three hand-offs in a row, the work waits for a person.
How many people can join?
Up to 100 people per organization, as Owners, Admins or Members. Invite teammates by email, and anyone can @mention them in a chat.
Who can see our chats?
Everyone in your organization can see every chat, so the work never hides in private messages. Chats, files and memory run on your company’s own private SmallForce machine, and aren’t used to train anyone’s AI.
Does it work in Slack?
Yes. Mention SmallForce in a Slack channel and the thread becomes a chat. Every reply in that thread reaches the employee, and the answers go back to the thread. Telegram groups work too.
Can we call an AI employee together?
Not as a group yet. Anyone can start a voice or video call with an employee from the chat header, one person and one employee per call, and the call’s lines show up in the chat for everyone.
How much does multiplayer AI cost?
