AI agents for business. The first AI employees that do real work.

Not answers. Finished work. They send the email from your Gmail, publish the post, launch the ad inside your budget and ship the website, from their own computer, while you run the business.

Work by a sample business’s AI employees. Names, addresses and numbers are fictional.

Not answers. Finished work.

  • Sends the emailFrom your Gmail, in your voice, with the attachment.
  • Publishes the postTo Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
  • Launches the adOn Meta, Google and TikTok, inside the cap you set.
  • Ships the websiteBuilt, previewed and live at its own address.

How AI agents work

Ask once. Get it done.

Tell an employee what you need in a sentence. It plans the steps, works across your apps and files, and tells you when it’s finished, with the receipts.

  • Plans the steps itself

You describe the outcome. The employee works out the order and the tools.

  • Works in parallel

Big jobs split into tasks that run at the same time, then report back.

  • Shows its work

Every step is in the chat, and every action is in the activity log.

Its own computer

Every team of AI workers gets a real computer.

Not a chat window. A private Linux machine that stays on, with your files, a terminal, a browser and the tools to write and run code. Files and installed tools stay put between jobs.

  • Runs code, installs tools

If a job needs a script or a package, the employee writes it and runs it.

  • A sandbox for each employee

Folder, network and command rules per employee, on your company’s own machine.

  • Yours to look inside

Open the terminal from the dashboard, or browse the files like any folder.

In your apps

AI agents that work in the apps you already use.

Connect your accounts once. Employees act inside them the way a new hire would, with your permission rules on every action.

See how integrations work
  • Gmail

Reads, drafts, replies and sends in your writing style. Labels, filters and attachments too.

  • Google Calendar

Finds a free slot, books it, invites the guests and reschedules.

  • Social media

Publishes and schedules posts, and answers comments and DMs across nine platforms.

  • Meta, Google and TikTok Ads

Builds campaigns, changes budgets and reads the results.

  • Sheets, docs and slides

Turns a spreadsheet into a forecast, a report or a deck.

  • Any app with an API

Connect an app from the catalog, import an OpenAPI spec or add an MCP server.

Makes real things

Documents, decks and websites, finished.

Quotes, invoices and proposals as PDFs. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Images, video and music. Websites and internal tools, deployed to a live address.

A real browser

When there’s no app, it uses the website.

Employees work in a real Chrome browser: they sign in, click, fill forms and download files. Watch live, and take over whenever a site needs you.

  • Signs in and remembers

Saved logins mean it doesn’t ask twice.

  • You can take over

Step in for a code or a captcha, then hand it back.

  • Researches too

Web search, scrapers and SEO research, with a credit cap on every run.

Works on its own

Autonomous AI agents that don’t wait to be asked.

Put work on a schedule, or let a new email, form or order start it. Employees schedule their own follow-ups, and call your phone when something matters.

  • Schedules

Daily, weekly or one-off, with the work posted to a chat you choose.

  • Triggered by your apps

A new Gmail message, a form or a webhook starts the job.

  • Picks up where it left off

If the machine restarts mid-job, the work resumes.

You set the limits

Real work, inside the rules you set.

Decide what each employee may do, cap what it can spend on ads, and see every action it took. Anyone on your team can stop the work at any time.

  • Rules per employee

Allow or block sending, publishing, ads, deploys and calls, account by account.

  • Spend caps that hold

An ad budget over the cap is refused, and the refusal is logged.

  • A private machine

Your files and work stay on your company’s own HQ, and aren’t used to train anyone’s AI.

A team, not a tool

Hire the AI workers your business needs.

Start from a ready-made role or describe a new one. Each employee has its own instructions, skills and model, and they hand work to each other in the same chat.

FAQ

AI agents for business, answered.

Anything else? Ask Maya. She answers for SmallForce too.

What are AI agents for business?

AI that does tasks, not just answers questions. SmallForce’s AI employees work inside your real accounts, like Gmail, your calendar, social media and ad platforms, from their own computer, and finish the job end to end.

What can an AI employee actually do?

Send and reply to email from your Gmail, book meetings on Google Calendar, publish and schedule social posts and answer comments, reply to Google and Facebook reviews, build and run Meta, Google and TikTok ads, create PDFs, spreadsheets and decks, build and deploy websites, research in a real browser, and set up your AI receptionist.

Do AI employees need my approval before they act?

You decide what each employee is allowed to do. Set rules to allow or block sending email, publishing, launching ads, deploying websites and placing calls, cap ad budgets, and tell an employee to check with you first. Every action, including anything refused, is in the activity log, and anyone on your team can press Stop.

Can AI employees spend money?

Only where you let them. Ad changes are checked against the budget cap you set for each employee, and anything over it is refused. The AI work itself uses SmallForce Credits from your plan.

Which apps do AI agents work with?

Gmail, Google Calendar and Sheets, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Google Business, Meta, Google and TikTok Ads, Shopify, Slack and many more from the app catalog. Anything else with an API can be connected with an OpenAPI spec or an MCP server.

Can AI employees make phone calls?

They answer your business line as your AI receptionist, and they can call you or a teammate in the SmallForce app when something needs you. Calling customers’ phone numbers isn’t available yet.

How are AI employees different from ChatGPT?

A chatbot writes an answer for you to act on. An AI employee does the work: it has its own computer, works in your accounts, runs on schedules and app events, hands work to colleagues and keeps a record of every action.

How much do AI employees cost?

Every AI employee is included in the $149 a month plan, and you can add as many as the work needs. The work uses SmallForce Credits, so you pay for work done, not seats.

Is my company’s data private?

Your AI employees run on your company’s own private machine, with your files and their work kept there. What they see is used to do your work, not to train anyone’s AI.
