Let visitors video call your business.

Maya answers face to face from your website. She explains what you do, shows people around your pages, and brings you in when they want a person.

  • Answers from what you’ve taught her
  • Points, scrolls and fills in forms, only where you allow
  • Onboards new customers inside your app
  • One script tag, or the full SDK for developers

Four ways in

Wherever your customers are, one tap starts the call.

  • Floating on your site

A video bubble in the corner of every page. Visitors drag it, dock it or hide it.

  • Inline on a page

Place the call inside your pricing or contact page, like any other section.

  • A call page

A shareable link for your bio, QR codes, ads and email signatures.

  • Inside your app

Open it from your own button or an app event. It knows who’s signed in and where they are.

Pick the face

A face for every kind of business.

Choose a talking avatar from the library, then give it a voice, a language and a name. Here are four of them, live.

  • Front desk

“Thanks for reaching out. I can help with appointments, a quick question, or a message to the team.”

  • Real estate

“Thanks for asking about the house on Oak Street. Would you like a tour, or a few more details first?”

  • HVAC

“Sorry your AC isn’t cooling. Is it blowing warm air, or has it stopped completely?”

  • Contractor

“I can help you get an estimate for the kitchen remodel. What are you hoping to change?”

And the rest of the library

Preview every avatar in your dashboard, pair it with a voice and language, and switch whenever you like.

Explains your business

Answers like someone who works there.

Write down what you’d tell a new hire. Your assistant answers visitors face to face from it, the same way every time, at 2 PM or 2 AM.

  • Teach it like a new hire

Services, prices, areas, policies. Plain words, no scripts.

  • Looked up mid-call

Answers come from your knowledge, searched while the visitor is talking.

  • Context from your site

The page the visitor is on, plus anything your site passes in.

  • Collects what you need

Name the details you want, and the answers are saved with the call.

Shows them around

She can point, scroll and fill in the form.

Turn on page tools and Maya works your website with the visitor, not just talks about it. Pick an action to see it on a real page.

Maya: Highlighting Comfort Club

  • Sees what they see

A filtered snapshot of the page, never the raw code behind it.

  • Knows where they are

The page’s address and title, with private details stripped out.

  • Works with your forms

Native fields and React forms both work, no rebuild needed.

  • Grows with your site

Developers add actions like opening a page or checking a date.

Your site, your rules

She only touches what you allow.

You switch each ability on per website. Sensitive fields stay hidden, and the buttons that matter wait for the visitor’s yes.

Pick what she can do

Turn each page ability on or off, for each website you put her on.

  • Choose options
  • Press buttons

Private fields stay private

Mark a field or a whole section private and Maya never sees what’s in it.

Big buttons need a yes

Mark buttons like Pay or Submit. The visitor approves before she presses.

Onboarding

Onboard every new customer, face to face.

Teach your assistant your onboarding once. It lives inside your app, knows who just signed up, and walks every customer through setup, explaining each screen and doing the clicking with them.

  1. 1

    Teach it your onboarding

The steps, why each one matters and the questions people ask. Add your help docs too.

  2. 2

    Put it in your app

Add the SDK and pass who’s signed in and which step they’re on. It greets them by name.

  3. 3

    It walks everyone through

It explains each screen, points to the next button and fills in forms with them. Anything important waits for their yes.

Hand off to a person

When they want you, your phone rings.

Some calls need the owner. Maya passes the visitor to your team inside the same window, and you pick up on your iPhone or at your desk.

  • Rings everyone at once

Your iPhone app and the dashboard. First to answer takes it.

  • Only in your hours

After hours the option hides and a message form takes its place.

  • No AI on the line

Calls with your team don’t use AI credits.

For developers

One script tag. Or the whole SDK.

Paste one line and the call appears on every page. Developers get an npm package, a React hook, events, and their own actions for Maya to run.

Who it’s for

Any business people want to talk to first.

If customers usually call before they buy, let them call from the page they’re already on.

FAQ

Questions before you turn it on.

Still wondering? Ask Maya on a video call. That’s what she’s for.

Can Maya see the visitor?

Not on video calls. She sees the page they’re on when page tools are on. On voice calls, some voices can look at a visitor’s camera or shared screen if you allow it.

What can she do on my website?

Read what’s on screen, highlight, scroll, fill in fields, pick options and press buttons, each only if you switch it on. Private fields are never sent to her.

Do I need a developer?

No. Paste one script tag, or share the call page link. Developers can go further with the npm package, the React hook and their own actions.

Read the publishing docs

Can it onboard customers inside my app?

Yes. Add the SDK to your web app, pass the customer’s name and setup step, and turn on page tools. It explains each screen and does the clicking with them, asking first before anything important.

How long can a call be?

Up to 10 minutes each. You can set a shorter limit, a daily credit cap and minutes per visitor.

What happens outside my hours?

Maya still answers. Talk to a person is hidden, and visitors can leave their details in a form instead.

Is every call recorded?

Every call is transcribed. Recording is off until you turn it on.
