Help
SmallForce support
Help with your account, Company OS, connected apps, and SmallForce in ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex.
Contact support
Email support@smallforcehq.com. Include the affected organization name, the client you used, the time of the issue, and the visible error message. Never email passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, or payment card details.
Connecting an AI client
- Add the official SmallForce connector or MCP server in the client.
- Sign in to SmallForce and select exactly one organization.
- Review and approve only the permission groups you need.
- Start with a read-only request such as checking company status.
If a newly approved permission is still reported as missing, remove the old connection from the client and authorize a fresh connection. Existing access tokens cannot gain scopes that were not present when they were issued.
Connections and confirmations
SmallForce asks before starting a new provider connection. A returned authorization page means the connection flow started; it does not mean the provider account is connected until the flow completes. External writes, immediate publishing, advertising launch, and employee action proposals can require a separate exact confirmation.
Revoke or delete access
Revoke SmallForce from the AI client's connector settings or from SmallForce account settings. Disconnect an individual business app in SmallForce when you want to remove only that provider. For account or personal-data deletion requests, email support from the account's verified address. See the Privacy Policy for retention and legal exceptions.
Security reports
Send suspected vulnerabilities to support@smallforcehq.com with “Security” in the subject. Do not access another customer's data or disrupt production while testing.
