Yes. Set your number to Ring people first and add your business hours. Inside them, calls ring the SmallForce app on your team’s iPhones and the dashboard at the same time, and the first to answer takes it. If nobody picks up within the time you choose, 15 to 60 seconds, Maya answers.
Can Maya answer more than one call at a time?
Yes. Every call gets its own session with Maya, so a busy night never turns into a busy signal or a queue.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Not yet. Maya answers a SmallForce number, and moving an existing number over isn’t available today. Most businesses get a new local number in seconds and put it on their website and Google Business Profile.
Can website visitors video call us?
