Company brain

The AI knowledge base that keeps itself up to date.

How it works

Files it reads. Work it learns from. Apps it asks.

Most internal knowledge bases go stale because someone has to keep them up to date. The brain indexes your files, learns what matters from the work, and asks your apps live for the rest.

01 · Indexed

Every file it can read.

Contracts, decks, spreadsheets, scans, meeting transcripts and anything an AI employee writes. Searchable seconds after it lands.

Re-indexed on every change

02 · Learned

Everything the work teaches it.

After real work, a curator writes down what's worth keeping: customers, people, processes, decisions. Short notes with sources, never copies of your inbox.

Maintained in the background

03 · Asked live

Your apps, asked live.

For the latest email, deal or invoice, it asks the app itself, with the access you granted. Nothing is copied into another database.

Read access you control

One question. One answer. Every source cited.

People and AI employees ask the same brain, and see exactly where each fact came from.

Self-updating knowledge base

It keeps its own notes. You can read every one.

After real work, a curator decides what is worth remembering and updates the right page: a customer, a person, a process, a decision. It can also decide to keep nothing.

Workspace intelligence

See what the company knows, and keeps asking.

AI knowledge management you can see: which files matter, what people and AI employees search for, and who changed what. One view of the whole workspace.

Sample workspace. The Intelligence tabs are the dashboard's own; briefings are schedules you set for an AI employee.

At your fingertips

Ask from wherever you work.

The dashboard, the iPhone app, iMessage or Telegram. The same brain answers, with the same sources, and your AI employees use it too.

Dashboard

Search every file and note in the workspace, ranked by how well each one answers.

iMessage and Telegram

Text your HQ a question from anywhere. The answer comes back with its source.

Every AI employee

Employees check the brain before they act, so a refund, quote or reply follows your rules.

One brain.

Not a separate search tool per app, and not another chatbot that forgets.

Permissions

Every AI employee sees what its job needs. Nothing more.

Folder rules for every AI employee: no access, read, or read and write. Search leaves out anything an employee can't open, so answers never leak across teams.

FAQ

About the company brain.

What it reads, what it keeps, and what it asks your apps for.

Talk to sales

What is an AI knowledge base?

A knowledge base that AI reads, organises and answers from. Instead of people writing and updating wiki pages, the company brain indexes your documents, keeps notes on what it learns and answers questions with the sources it used.

How is it different from a wiki or Notion?

A wiki is only as current as the last person who edited it. The brain updates its own notes after real work, replaces facts that changed, and reads the documents you already have instead of asking you to rewrite them.

Does it copy all our email and Slack?

No. It asks Gmail, Slack and your other connected apps live when a question needs them, with the access you granted. A curator keeps short notes of what matters, not copies of your inbox.

Can we have our own private AI?

Yes. With Enterprise the whole brain runs in your own cloud account, and you can use private models trained on your work. Your data is never used to train anyone's models.

See Enterprise

Is it a second brain for one person or the whole team?

The whole company. People and every AI employee ask the same brain, and folder rules decide what each AI employee can see.

Which files can it read?

More than 20 types: PDFs, including scanned ones, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, CSV, images, Markdown and more, up to 250 MB a file. Meeting transcripts are included too.

How much does it cost?

It's part of every SmallForce HQ. Enterprise deployments in your own cloud are priced per deployment after a call.
