Your rules

Fair housing rules, written once.

Tell Maya how you work the way you’d brief a new assistant. She follows the same rules on every call and every website conversation, at any hour.

Maya · InstructionsUsed on every call and website conversation
  • Never describe a neighborhood by who lives there. Point buyers to the school district’s and the city’s own pages. Always
  • Sellers asking what their home is worth: take the address and put the call through. Put through
  • Showing requests: get the property, two times that work and whether they’re pre-approved. Take details
  • Never confirm offers, price changes or another buyer’s plans. Jordan will call back. Always
Live call · 7:20 PM · Maple Lane line
  1. Caller: Is it a good neighborhood? Lots of young families?

  2. Maya: I can’t speak to who lives in an area, but the school district and the city both publish neighborhood information. Jordan can walk you through the home itself. Would Saturday work for a showing?

  • Fair housing first

Tell Maya what she must never say, and what to say instead.

  • Sellers go straight to you

Valuation calls ring your iPhone, with the address already taken.

  • Nothing gets promised

Offers, prices and other buyers stay with you.

In your pocket

Your team, on your iPhone.

Your business line rings the SmallForce app first, even on a locked phone. Miss it at a showing and Maya picks up. Call recordings, lead replies and anything that needs your OK are a tap away.

  • Your business number rings the app. No second phone.
  • Showing a house? Pause calls for 30 minutes, an hour or 8 hours.
  • Approve a reply or a post when your team asks.
  • Every call recorded and transcribed.

FAQ

Real estate virtual assistant questions.

Anything else? Ask Maya. She answers for SmallForce too.

What does a virtual assistant do for a realtor?

Answers calls and showing requests, replies to new leads, keeps the calendar, posts listings and asks past clients for reviews. SmallForce gives you an AI team that does each of these around the clock, from what you’ve told it.

How much does a real estate virtual assistant cost?

With SmallForce, the whole AI team is included in the $149 a month plan. Calls use 24 SmallForce Credits a minute, and a local number uses 500 a month. A human virtual assistant is usually paid by the hour or on a monthly contract, and works set hours.

Can AI answer my real estate calls?

Yes. Maya answers your business number in a natural voice, from the listings and rules you give her. She takes showing requests with the property, a time and who’s coming, and puts sellers and anything urgent through to your iPhone.

Will an AI assistant follow fair housing rules?

You write the rules, and Maya follows them on every call: for example, never describing a neighborhood by who lives there, and pointing buyers to the school district’s and the city’s own pages instead. Every call is recorded and transcribed so you can check. You’re still responsible for compliance in your market.

Does it work with my CRM?

SmallForce connects to 200+ apps, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and HubSpot. If your CRM isn’t one of them, call details and lead replies stay in your SmallForce dashboard and your own inbox.

Can it text or call leads back?

Not yet. Today Maya answers incoming calls and website conversations, and Emma follows up with new leads by email.

Can buyers ask about a listing on my website?

Yes. Put SmallForce on your website or a listing page, and buyers can talk to Maya by voice or face to face with a talking avatar. She answers from the listing details you add, takes the showing request, and can hand the buyer to you on a video call.

Is it a replacement for a real estate ISA?

Partly. An ISA calls leads and sets appointments. SmallForce doesn’t make outbound calls yet, so it covers the inbound side: answering every call, replying to email leads and keeping your calendar, so your time goes to the buyers who are ready.

Will callers know they’re talking to AI?

You write the greeting. We recommend saying it’s an AI assistant, and in many places you must tell callers the call is recorded.

How quickly can I get started?

The same day. Get a local number, connect your inbox and calendar, add your listings and rules, and make a test call before your number goes on a sign.
