Connect SmallForce AI employees to Telegram

Telegram groups can provide a shared place for a team to work with SmallForce employees. Topics keep different employees and workstreams separate.

Connect a group

1. Open Channels → Telegram in SmallForce.
2. Start the connection flow and open the generated Telegram link.
3. Add or authorize SmallForce in the intended group.
4. Return to SmallForce and confirm the pending group connection.

Connection links are temporary. Start a new connection flow if the link expires before setup is completed.

Organize work with topics

Create a topic for an employee and give it a recognizable title such as “Content · Acme” or “Client reporting.” Messages inside that topic go to the selected employee. Start another topic for unrelated work or a different employee.

Choose reply visibility

Telegram supports final-only, compact, and detailed progress. Final-only is quietest; compact provides useful milestones; detailed is suited to work where the group needs to observe intermediate activity.

Owners and admins manage group connections. If messages are not handled, confirm the group is active, the topic has an available employee, and the SmallForce organization is ready.
