AI meeting recording and transcription with SmallForce

SmallForce Meetings turns recorded conversations into reusable business knowledge. Record a meeting from a supported app, upload the audio to the selected organization, create a transcript, and use the result in later employee work.

Meeting workflow

  1. Start a recording and confirm the microphone or system-audio permissions required by the device.
  2. Pause, resume, or stop the recording from the active recording controls.
  3. Keep the saved recording locally until upload succeeds.
  4. Upload it to the intended SmallForce organization.
  5. Request transcription and review the completed transcript.
  6. Ask an employee to summarize decisions, extract action items, or locate a specific discussion.

Meetings receive a default date-based title that can be distinguished from other recordings. The meeting view shows recording time, duration, upload state, and transcript availability.

Search and reuse

Meeting transcripts are stored as organization knowledge and can be searched like other readable workspace documents. This makes it possible to find a decision without remembering the meeting title or exact phrasing.

Always follow applicable recording-consent and privacy requirements. SmallForce provides recording controls; the organization using them is responsible for obtaining required consent.
