SmallForce mobile app for iOS and Android

The mobile app keeps employees and organization work available away from a desk. Sign in, select the intended organization, and choose an employee or existing conversation.

Work with employees

Use the mobile composer to send instructions and supported attachments. Follow the live task state while an employee works, steer the employee when new information changes the request, and review the final result from the same conversation.

Use a new conversation for unrelated work. Continue an existing one when the employee needs its decisions and progress.

Record meetings

The mobile app includes a meeting recorder for iOS and Android. It can record microphone audio in the background after permission is granted, pause and resume a recording, save it locally, upload it to the selected organization, and request a transcript. See record a meeting on mobile.

On supported iPhones, Live Activities can keep active employee work or meeting recording status visible outside the foreground app.

Apple Watch

Pair the mobile app with Apple Watch for quick voice requests and employee access. The paired phone manages the Watch connection.
