Use SmallForce AI employees from Apple Watch

The SmallForce Apple Watch experience is designed for quick, voice-first access to an employee when using a phone or computer is inconvenient.

Get ready

1. Sign in to the SmallForce mobile app on the paired iPhone.
2. Select the organization you want the Watch to use.
3. Open the Watch setup experience in the mobile app and confirm the available employees.
4. Open SmallForce on Apple Watch and select an employee.

Send a voice request

Record a clear request and send it from the Watch. SmallForce transcribes the request, delivers it to the selected employee, and returns the result through the supported Watch experience. Follow-up requests can continue the employee’s Watch conversation.

Use the iPhone app to refresh the pairing or employee list if the Watch is out of date. Watch access is intentionally short-lived and may need to be renewed from the paired phone.
