Options:
  --artifact <path>                  Existing ZIP; skips build and packaging
  --build-command <command>          Override smallforce.json build command
  --output <directory>               Override the configured output directory
  --name <name>                      Application name when adopting a project
  --slug <slug>                      Application slug when adopting a project
  --skip-build                       Package the existing output without rebuilding
  --timeout-seconds <seconds>        Terminal status timeout (default: "120")
