# SmallForce communication channels

Channels bring SmallForce employees into communication tools your team already uses. Slack and Telegram are separate from social-media inboxes: they are places where your own team gives employees work and receives results.

## Supported channels

## Choose the right employee

Assign the employee responsible for the work performed in a channel or topic. This avoids repeatedly explaining which role should respond. Begin unrelated work in a new Slack thread or Telegram topic; continue the existing thread when prior decisions are still relevant.

## Control progress visibility

Channel connections can present only the final answer, a compact set of useful status updates, or more detailed intermediate activity. Use final-only for busy shared channels and detailed progress when the team needs to follow longer work.

Channel documentation covers connection and visible conversation behavior. It does not expose internal routing, credentials, queues, or session identifiers.
