# SmallForce

> SmallForce is an AI operations platform for agencies and small businesses. AI employees work with searchable organization knowledge, connected services, communication channels, websites, media, social media, advertising, calls, meetings, and research workflows.

SmallForce HQ is the customer-facing control surface. Documentation describes public product behavior and the public `smallforce` CLI only. It intentionally excludes private infrastructure, storage, runtime, deployment, and internal operating-system utilities.
